Underground and rough-in through to fixtures for new builds. Steve is on site doing the work - the same licensed plumber who quoted it.

5.0 on GoogleDrains and stub-outs set and checked while the slab is still open - the stage that is impossible to fix cheaply later.
Supply and drainage run through the framing, manifolds set, everything to code and inspected before it is closed in.
Fixtures set and connected once finishes are in, then the whole system tested at every outlet.
Builders and homeowners deal with Steve throughout - flat-rate quoted and warrantied, with no crew handoffs mid-project.
For builders and owner-builds
Framing can be adjusted. Finishes can be redone. But the drainage under the slab is set in concrete - literally. New-construction plumbing is about getting the invisible stages right, in the right order, so the build never waits on the plumber and never pays for the same work twice.
Drains, stub-outs and sleeves set and checked while the foundation is open. Everything above depends on this stage being placed to the drawings, because correcting it after the slab is down means cutting concrete.
Supply and drainage run through the framing, manifolds set, shower valves and in-wall carriers placed true. Installed to code and ready for the rough-in inspection before anything closes up.
Once finishes are in, fixtures are set and connected and the whole system is tested at every outlet. The house hands over with full pressure and no surprises on the deficiency list.
Handoffs between crews are where placement errors live. On a Serpa build the licensed plumber who priced the drawings is the one on site at underground, at rough-in, and at finish - so the stub-outs land where the walls will be, the schedule holds, and there is one person accountable for the whole system.
Steve has been a licensed plumber since 2009 and works new builds across London and the surrounding communities - custom homes, spec builds and owner-builds alike. Builders get a plumber who reads the drawings before pricing them, flags conflicts while they are still cheap to solve on paper, and treats the inspection schedule as his own deadline rather than someone else's problem.
A new-build plumbing package covers the full water and drainage system of the house, priced from the drawings as one scope so nothing turns up later as an extra:
Send the drawings or walk the site and you get a written flat-rate quote staged to the build schedule - underground, rough-in, finish - so the number is fixed before the foundation is poured. Inspections are part of the job, not an extra. And when the same house needs its bathrooms finished to a higher spec, that is the same crew's renovation work.
